Our journey began with a vision to change the way brands communicate. We committed to being an agency with a difference. Independent, creative, cost effective, knowledgeable, nimble and collaborative. Always creating and communicating powerful brand stories that help change how people see, hear and think about our clients. Delivering PR, social and experiential through owned, bought and earned media channels to drive change.
1995

Capitalize, one of the UK’s first experiential agencies, was created by Richard Moore and our first client was Tetley's Bitter and its ground breaking partnership with the England Cricket Team.




1996
Created the first Casa Bacardi, one of the most successful and longest running brand experiences.



1998
Retained by Umbro to manage PR and experiential for partnerships with the England football team, Man Utd, Chelsea and its ambassadors Michael Owen and Alan Shearer. Launched the England kit live on the internet with Michael Owen in Hong Kong and Alan Shearer in London.

Created the first Official Beer of England Rugby for Tetley’s Bitter to drive awareness and sales in the south of England.

Launched an office in Ibiza to manage Orange's music sponsorship portfolio including Manumission.

2004
Brokered and promoted the title sponsorship of the Hastings Direct Championships.
Created the inaugural title sponsorship of the Schroders London International Boat Show.
2005
Appointed by PUMA International to help create a new business arm, Puma Sailing, and to implement its involvement with the Volvo Ocean Race.
Created the commercial partnership structure for British Sailing ahead of the 2012 London Olympics, resulting in multi-million-pound deals with G4S, Skandia and Musto.
Created the Brand Fan Club, a panel of young people to help shape client campaigns and creative relevance.

Launched Future Sponsorship conference in Brussels and grew it to become the largest conference in Europe dedicated to brand partnerships and sponsorships.



2010
Created and implemented a multi-year international media campaign for Team High Road and Mark Cavendish's hugely successful Tour de France campaigns.
2011
Created retail experiences for PUMA, UrbanEars and Cold Press at the first BoxPark Container City, London.

Created the Standard Chartered Great City Race, for teams of runners of the closed roads of the City of London, in aid of the company's global foundation Seeing Is Believing.



2013
Created a brand partnership strategy for The Mercury Music Prize and the BRIT Awards.
2014
Created Game The Before The Game campaign for Beats By Dre to promote the involvement with the FIFA World Cup.
Created the One Drop art installation for Illy Café.




2015
Merged with Tea & Cake to form Alter Agency and allow us to focus on providing full-service creative communications.

Supported Beats By Dre in partnership with Ritchie McCraw (2015 Rugby World Cup).
2018
Created IAMJD for JD Sports in London, Manchester and Paris.
Expanded our digital media proposition including Google Display, Google Ad Words, Social boosting and SEO.


2019
Hosted I AM JD X NIKE brand immersion at the Women’s World Cup Final, Paris.
2020
Launched TCL in the UK during Covid lockdown including a partnership with England captain Harry Kane, BAFTA, and Luna Cinema.

2021
Created The People's Champion integrated media campaign for Alcatel, designed to promote the brand essence of Great Tech, Great Price. The campaign won brand campaign of the year at the Mobile Industry Awards.


2022
Launched our first campaign in Saudi Arabia and became part of a movement of people focused on changing a nation and empowering all people in Saudi.

Created a marketing campaign and launched Discover Sailing for the Saudi Sailing Federation.
Led the marketing for Jeddah Yacht Club and Marina.

2023
Lead the marketing for the America’s Cup Pre-Regatta, Jeddah resulting in 48,000 tickets issued.
2024
Promoted the 37th America’s Cup in Barcelona and launched TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram campaigns to reach new fans.
