As ever, being the start of the summer season, June was a busy month, but it was made extra special this year as it saw us flying into Paris to support our client, the iconic Brazilian footwear brand, Havaianas, for their first ever event during Paris Fashion Week.
June 21st is the height of Paris Fashion Week, the official start of summer and the Fête de la musique. But that’s not all: it’s also Havaianas International Free Feet Day, a special date created by Havaianas to encourage all to ‘free their feet’ and embrace the flip flop.
In celebration, Havaianas hosted the party of the season, together with STYLE NOT COM & SAVERIA MENDELLA at the coveted Chéper venue, located in the historic and iconic Le Marais district of Paris.
The exclusive, hot ticket attracted a fashion industry target audience and saw the brand invite international fashion arbiters and insiders, as well as fly in some of Europe’s most influential street style social media influencers.
Guests were treated to a flip-flop bar, where they slipped into comfortable flip-flops, Brazilian dishes and signature cocktails as well as s special performance of Brazilian Samba from DJ Jeune Pouce.
Social media platforms were buzzing in real time with content posted by the style influencer starlets in attendance who are part of the wider summer 2023 influencer marketing campaigns and include: UK Havaianas Brand Ambassador @olivianeill, @bieljuste, @joanmargarit, @marcforne, @anaasotillo, @matthiasgeerts, @Ginevramavilla and @koffi.w with a special guest appearance from Euphoria star and Havaianas Global Ambassador, Barbie Ferreira.
