This year Havaianas released their Havaianas Slim Sparkle collection and we knew this glamorous take on the humble flip flop needed to be shown off on TikTok.
With the product drop aligning perfectly with lockdown restrictions lifting we enlisted TikTok influencers to take part in the Havaianas #MyTimeToShine TikTok challenge celebrating a new chapter and their best selves in their Havaianas Sparkle as they step back into the real world.
We set the brief asking influencers to change into different outfit transitions showcasing how their Havaianas Sparkle can be worn in different ways as they transition to post lockdown life.
Participating influencer partnerships included Gen Z star Anastasia Kingsnorth, Melis Ekrem and Misha Grimes just to name a few.
Micro-influencers were seeded with bespoke personalised press kits encouraging them to slip on their Havaianas Sparkle and join the #MyTimeToShine TikTok challenge.
Overall the Havaianas TikTok challenge was a hit resulted in over 1 million video views to date.
Alongside influencer marketing partnerships, ALTER also secured high fashion press coverage in titles including; Cosmopolitan, Mail on Sunday, The Telegraph and Mail Online to name a few.
