Our brand strategy focuses on the deep-rooted belief that not everyone can afford, or wants to pay, £100s for a phone. Some people unashamedly just want a great phone or tablet at a great price.
We used Google Ads; search and Display Network to show that Alcatel helps loved ones stay connected and children entertained throughout lockdowns. We used social media to offer care packages. We created a light-hearted PR story showing ‘technophobes’ grappling with video calls. And we used our award-winning Tech Team to engage call centre staff and provide Here To Help video tutorials for people who need a bit of a guide to getting the best out of their phones.
